Do you work with clients outside of Florida?
Yes. Bold Step Consulting serves clients nationwide through remote engagements. While some services may have location-specific considerations, most of our strategy, operations, analytics, and leadership advisory work is delivered virtually with the same level of structure and effectiveness. We will always clarify scope, delivery method, and expectations before engagement.
What should I prepare before our first conversation?
